39. Halloween (1978) – 91m – Blu Ray
Repeat Viewing. Not much to be said here, this is a classic of the genre.  I rate this a 10/10.
Bonus Points: If the film is titled or takes place on a specific date or holiday; The Killer’s face is obscured for at least 85% of the film; If a character has a chance to kill the villain but hesitates OR “Kills them” and Walks away without doing a “Double Tap”.

40. Halloween II 91981) – 92m – Blu Ray
Repeat Viewing.  Above average sequel that admittedly lost some of the magic that Carpenter created.  I rate this a 8/10.
Bonus Points: If the film is titled or takes place on a specific date or holiday; The Killer’s face is obscured for at least 85% of the film; If a character has a chance to kill the villain but hesitates OR “Kills them” and Walks away without doing a “Double Tap”.

41. Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers (1988) – 88m – DVD
Repeat Viewing.  The descent of Myers on screen continues.  This one is ok, and it brought us Danielle Harris, who is now a genre staple.  I rate this one a 6.5/10
Bonus Points: If the film is titled or takes place on a specific date or holiday; The Killer’s face is obscured for at least 85% of the film; If a character has a chance to kill the villain but hesitates OR “Kills them” and Walks away without doing a “Double Tap”.

42. Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers (1989) – 96m – DVD
Repeat Viewing.  This is one of the worst in the franchise for me, the bumbling cops were horrible.  I rate this a 5.5/10.
Bonus Points: If the film is titled or takes place on a specific date or holiday; The Killer’s face is obscured for at least 85% of the film; Gratuitous BOOB, BUSH, WIENER or ASS shot!!

43. Halloween 6: The Curse of Michael Myers (1995) – 88m (theatrical cut) – DVD
Repeat Viewing.  Pretty confusing, the bootleg producer’s cut is a little more coherent, but this isn’t all bad. Paul Rudd makes his film debut here, and Myers is especially vicious.
Bonus Points: If the film is titled or takes place on a specific date or holiday; The Killer’s face is obscured for at least 85% of the film; Gratuitous BOOB, BUSH, WIENER or ASS shot!!

44. Halloween H20: 20 Years Later (1998) – 86m – DVD
Repeat Viewing. A return to decency, and one of the better sequels in the franchise.  I rate this a 7.5/10.
Bonus Points: If the film is titled or takes place on a specific date or holiday; The Killer’s face is obscured for at least 85% of the film; If a celebrity plays themselves OR a (future) A-Lister is killed (Joseph Gordon-Levitt)

45. Halloween: Resurrection (2002) – 94m – DVD
Repeat Viewing.  Battle with Part 5 for worst Myers installment.  I actually like parts of the movie, but Busta Rhymes kung fu kills it for me.  I rate this a 6/10.
Bonus Points: If the film is titled or takes place on a specific date or holiday; The Killer’s face is obscured for at least 85% of the film; Gratuitous BOOB, BUSH, WIENER or ASS shot!!

46. Halloween III: Season of the Witch (1982) – DVD
Repeat Viewing.  Count me as a fan of this one.  I used to hate it for not having Myers, but grew to see it for what it was, a damn good Halloween flick.  I rate this a 7/10.
Bonus Points: If the film is titled or takes place on a specific date or holiday; The “Final Girl” is actually a guy

47. Monster Squad (1987) – DVD
Repeat Viewing.  Family favorite from my childhood.  A classic that I rate 9/10.

48. The Walking Dead (10.23.2011) – Streaming
First viewing.  This season seems to be getting off to a slow start, but my view of the show is tempered by reading the graphic novels.

49. Ugly Americans episodes 6,7,8,9 (2010) – Streaming
Great show for horror fans.

50. Blog Post: The Thing (1082)
